STOCKTON, Calif. — Deputies are trying to locate an at-risk missing man in Stockton.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the 800 block of Windsail Lane in Weston Ranch after Freddy McDowell, 74, walked away from his home. Deputies say he has dementia.
He was last seen wearing an all black cap, blue jean jacket, light grey shirt, dark grey pants and black tennis shoes.
