COLFAX, Calif. — Placer County’s dive team is currently searching for a person who fell off a jet ski and didn’t resurface late Monday morning.
According to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office, they were called to Rollins Lake Road around 11:45 a.m. after three people fell off a jet ski.
Two of the three jet skiers were pulled from the water while the third is unaccounted for as of 2:30 p.m. None of the three were wearing life jackets, the sheriff’s office said.
Cal Fire and the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office are assisting in the search.
