The Elk Grove Police Department needs help in identifying two people who were captured on surveillance cameras breaking into two separate Elk Grove businesses earlier this week.
The department's spokesperson, officer Christopher Trim, said that the two burglaries happened on July 10 and July 13.
On July 10 at 3:15 a.m, the suspects were seen entering into Bull Wings on 9625 E. Stockton Boulevard. They pried open through the patio door and gained access into a locked office where they removed an undisclosed amount of money, according to Trim.
On July 13 at 3:21 a.m. one of the suspects somehow got into Cassidy's Family Restaurant on 8511 Elk Grove Boulevard. The suspect removed an undisclosed amount of money from the register and storage area, Trim said.
The first suspect was described as a white or Hispanic man, 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches and 180 pounds. This suspect was seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans and also had a distinctive cross tattoo on his left forearm, as well as another tattoo on his elbow/upper arms area, Trim said.
The second suspect was described as either White or Hispanic man, 20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 200 pounds. This suspect was wearing a dark-colored A's baseball cap, a black/gray zip up style jacket and dark jeans (appears green in the photo), Trim said.
The suspect vehicle was described as a dark-colored Nissan Quest or Mercury Villager van.
