Mr. Nguyen was found and reunited with family, according to Elk Grove Police Department.

A Silver Alert was issued Thursday afternoon for the Elk Grove area.
Hoang Nguyen, 78, was last seen around 9:15 a.m. Thursday near Coral Berry Way and Blueberry Court, according to California Highway Patrol who issued the Sacramento County alert on behalf of the Elk Grove Police Department.
A Silver Alert is activated when an elderly, developmentally or cognitively-impaired person has gone missing and is determined to be at-risk.
Authorities are asking people to call 911 if they see Nguyen.
Law enforcement said they believe he is on foot, wearing a light blue shirt, black pants and a yellow hat. He stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and eyes.
