ELK GROVE, Calif. — Commercial real estate group The Edwards Company recently revealed plans for upcoming stores and businesses along Stockton Boulevard in Elk Grove.
The Sheldon Place shopping center is expected to house a Starbucks, Nation's Giant Hamburgers, Shell gas station, Take 5 Oil Change and a four-story Residence Inn Marriott Hotel.
One more space is available for businesses wanting to join Sheldon Place, said a spokesperson for The Edwards Company. Sheldon Place is the latest shopping center in Elk Grove to announce new developments.
While Shell gas station is already built, Take 5, Starbucks and Nation's Giant Hamburgers are still in development.
