Elk Grove Police Department said Aaliyah Gonzales was found safe and reunited with her family.

Police are calling for help as they try to find a missing teenager last seen in Sacramento..
According to the California Highway Patrol, Aaliyah Gonzales was last seen Wednesday around 11 a.m. in the area of Florin Road and Luther Drive. Police believe she is traveling on foot.
Gonzales is described as 16 years old, standing at 5'9" and weighing 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She had a tan shirt, black sweatpants and black crocs.
Police are asking people to call 911 if she's seen.
The alert was activated by CHP on behalf of the Elk Grove Police Department.
