ELK GROVE, Calif. — The Elk Grove Police Department has identified the person they’re looking for in connection with an attack on a Baskin-Robbins employee earlier this month.
Police say Shaver was agitated after ordering food and chased employees around the Baskin-Robbins/Togo’s on Laguna Boulevard before assaulting an employee and throwing items all over the ground.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Shaver on charged of battery causing bodily injury, assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury and vandalism.
Shaver may be in Sacramento but has ties to Modesto and the Central Valley.
