ELK GROVE, Calif. — A man was arrested Thursday after leading Elk Grove Police Department officers on a chase that ended on Waterman Road.
The driver was identified as 33-year-old Justin Narayan. Elk Grove police say they tried to pull him over when he drove off and began a chase.
Police performed a movement to stop the chase and immobilize Narayan's car. He stayed in the car for about an hour when a K-9 was deployed and he was arrested.
Narayan was treated at a local hospital and then booked at the Main Jail, where he remains in custody on charges of felony evading and resisting arrest.
