Four suspects were arrested after a police chase ended near Elk Grove Thursday night.

One of those suspects is Israel Santos Dinnocenzo, who was wanted for the murder of James Watkins on May 3 at the Pied Piper Lounge.

Dinnocenzo, 21, of Sacramento was the second suspect arrested in the connection to the murder. Isaac Leo Rivera, 22, of Carmichael was arrested for his connection in the murder, the sheriff's department said.

The pursuit started after Sacramento County sheriff detectives located a vehicle that Dinnocenzo was in.

Police chased the suspects from north Sacramento and on southbound Highway 99, where speeds reached 95 miles per hour, to Bradshaw Road and Elk Grove Boulevard, where it ended. Four occupants inside the vehicle fled on foot, but after a perimeter was set up in the area, all four were detained.

Dinnocenzo was arrested and booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail. He was currently not eligible for bail according to the sheriff's department.
