FAIR OAKS, Calif. — A motorcyclist was taken to a hospital after being hit by a car in Fair Oaks Tuesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP says the motorcyclist was riding his Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle eastbound on Madison Avenue near Kahala Court. A woman made a left turn in her Jeep Wrangler from westbound Madison Avenue onto Kahala Court when they collided.
The motorcyclist was ejected from his bike and taken to a hospital with moderate to major injuries, according to officials.
Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be a factor in the crash. No further information is available at this time.
