The Fairfield Police Department said Wednesday that Timothy Fisher was taken into custody.

Fairfield police are looking for a man suspected of stabbing a woman in the neck Monday afternoon.
Officials were called to the 1600 block of Travion Court around 3 p.m. for a stabbing where they found a woman "suffering from a serious stab wound to the neck," according to the Fairfield Police Department.
Timothy Fisher, 33 from Fairfield, was identified as the man officials are looking for in connection with the stabbing. He is wanted for robbery and "multiple outstanding warrants."
Fisher was last seen walking northbound on Union Avenue just after 3 p.m. Monday.
