FAIRFIELD, Calif. — An investigation is underway after deadly crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle in Fairfield.
Fairfield police are closing down a portion of Waterman Boulevard as they investigate the crash.
The closure will impact Waterman Boulevard from Hillborn Road to Airbase Parkway at Heath Road.
Authorities say the roadway will be closed for an extended amount of time and are advising drivers to avoid the area.
