FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Update 10:45 a.m.
According to ABC7 in the Bay area, CHP said the missing Fairfield grandmother and her two grandchildren have been found safe.
In a press release from the Fairfield Police Department, the three were found by Pinole Police Department just after 9:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving in the city of Pinole.
The three have already been reunited with their family.

The Fairfield Police Department is asking for help from the public in finding a 75-year-old Fairfield woman and her two grandchildren.
Sandra Young, 75 and her grandchildren, Jayden Hill, 9, and Katalyhah Hill, 7, last spoke to a family member on November 24. According to police, Young's family hasn't heard from the three since.
Police say Young drives a green 200 Acura Tl with a California license plate 5HLM514.
Young and her grandchildren are considered to be at risk because of their ages, and Young's medical condition according to the police.
