FOLSOM, Calif. — A two-year-old was pronounced dead by fire crews in Folsom Sunday.
Details surrounding the child's death haven't been released at this time, however, the Folsom Police Department confirmed there was a medical call in the area of Donnelly Circle involving a minor.
However, a spokesperson for the Folsom Fire Department confirmed the two-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene by their crews. The call came in around 6:45 p.m.
"We heard the sirens starting to come down the street." "When we realized what house it was at, it was very, very scary because I knew that there were children there and my heart just sank." said neighbor Cristina Robinson.
It's not clear what the medical call was or what led up to the child's death.
