Folsom police arrest Sacramento homeless man in string of eatery break-ins

Police accuse the man of stealing tip money and property from three businesses.

FOLSOM, Calif. — Folsom Police officers arrested a Sacramento homeless man suspected in a string of business burglaries early Saturday morning. 

According to police, 21-year-old Arthur Jasper broke into Mas Taco Bar, BJ's Brewhouse and Leatherby's Family Creamery early Saturday morning by breaking glass doors.

Once inside, police accuse Jasper, described as a Sacramento homeless man, of stealing employees' tip money and other miscellaneous pieces of property.

Officers found Jasper at a Light Rail station a few hours after the break-ins, police said. Officials booked Jasper into Sacramento County Jail on suspicion of three burglaries.
