FOLSOM, Calif. — A Trū Bowl Superfood Bar is coming to the Palladio in Folsom.
The business, which offers acai bowls, smoothies and juices on its menu, currently has 10 locations across California and Arizona with plans to open an 11th in Folsom during summer 2024, according to franchisees and Sacramento natives Cassidy Chan and Lindai Do.
Trū Bowl stores generally employ six to 10 employees at first and can expand up to 20 or 25 employees, according to Trū Bowl president and CEO Dolores Castrellon.
Chan and Do plan for the Folsom store to be the first of three they open in the Sacramento area, the couple told ABC10.
“We are excited to bring our brand into the city of Sacramento,” Castrellon said. “We are proud and honored that this young couple has selected Trū Bowl as their choice of small business ownership.”
