FOLSOM, Calif. — A Mexican-Hawaiian fusion restaurant will host its grand opening Saturday, Feb. 17 in Folsom.
Holalola Fusion Restaurant and Bar will inhabit the Oak Avenue Parkway space once occupied by the Canyon Grill and Alehouse, and its grand opening will be held Saturday, according to Holalola’s Instagram page.
Canyon Grill and Alehouse closed in or around December 2023.
The grand opening will offer brunch, lunch, dinner, craft cocktails, a DJ starting at noon and live music from 6-9 p.m.
Menu items include deviled eggs with grilled corn and cocktails like "The Sandia Smash," which consists of watermelon juice, lemon juice, fresh basil, bourbon and bitters.
Holalola's regular hours are the following:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Thursday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Friday: 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Holalola was open from 2-8 p.m. Sunday in celebration of the Super Bowl. Its game day menu offered pizzas, Mexican street corn, a giant pretzel, a veggie platter, garlic fries and wings.
