FOLSOM, Calif. — Authorities are trying locate the whereabouts of 80-year-old Elvis Spencer.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for the missing man on behalf of Folsom Police Department.
Spencer is described as standing at 6'1" and 176 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen with a light blue shirt and beige pants around 11:30 a.m. at Kirby Court and Stonehenge Drive in Folsom.
Police believe he is on foot.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
