Oz Korean BBQ to open in Folsom Palladio. It replaces Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse

Gloria Wright, the Palladio general manager, said she thinks the Korean BBQ restaurant will add a fun and immersive dining experience the center does not yet have.

FOLSOM, Calif. — Oz Korean BBQ plans to open its third location in the Palladio shopping center in Folsom.

The business will soon undergo construction at 380 Palladio Parkway, Suite #305, in the space formerly inhabited by Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse, according to Gloria Wright, Palladio’s general manager.

Wright said she is very pleased to welcome Oz to the Palladio. The family-owned Korean barbecue restaurant opened in 2004, according to its website.

“Oz will add a fun and immersive dining experience Palladio does not yet have,” Wright said.

Attempts to reach the business for comment Wednesday were unsuccessful. Oz’s two locations include one on Bradshaw Road and another on Riparian Drive in Elk Grove.

Wright said Flame & Fire at the Palladio closed Sunday.

The steakhouse’s lease ended, but the shopping center has enjoyed hosting Flame & Fire for the last several years, she said.

“We wish the owners much success in their future endeavors,” Wright said.

Flame & Fire’s first location, established in Roseville in 2014, is still operating, according to its website. There is another steakhouse along Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield.

ABC10’s attempts to contact the business were also unsuccessful.
