Jeff Lynne’s ELO announces Sacramento stop on farewell tour

The second to last date of the tour will be in Sacramento before wrapping up in Los Angeles.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Jeff Lynne’s ELO announced its final tour Monday.

The 27-date “The Over and Out Tour” will kick off in California on Aug. 24 and travel across North America through Oct. 25.

The tour will make a Sacramento stop at Golden 1 Center on Wednesday, Oct. 23.

 A ticket presale begins Wednesday, March 20, at 10 a.m. General ticket sales start Friday, March 22, at 10 a.m.

Other California stops include:

  • August 24: Palm Desert @ Acrisure Arena
  • September 1: San Francisco @ Chase Center
  • October 23: Sacramento @ Golden 1 Center
  • October 25: Los Angeles @ Kia Forum

The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) was founded in 1970 and has been known as Jeff Lynne’s ELO since 2014.

Lynne was a co-founder and member of The Travelling Wilburys with George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, and Tom Petty.
