The Wragg Fire is currently 8,051 acres, according to CAL FIRE, and 87% contained as of Friday morning
The wildfire, burning on the southern end of Lake Berryessa, flared up again Tuesday afternoon, burning another 400 acres. On Wednesday morning fire crews said they were able to control that spread.
All evacuations orders have been lifted and the department estimates full containment will be reached August 3.
The following road closures remain in place: Mix Canyon Road will be open only to residents with identification at Pleasants Valley Road at 1800 hours. Large animal trailers will not be allowed on Mix Canyon Road due to the large fire equipment traffic. Gates Canyon Road is open to all traffic.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
