LATHROP, Calif. — Macy’s opened a new fulfillment center in Lathrop, Wednesday.
According to Macy’s, the new facility at 3395 Grady Dr. is more than 270,000 square feet. It will service Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s furniture, mattress and rug deliveries and return in the Bay Area and other parts of Northern California.
Macy’s says the fulfillment center will have about 60 employees — a combination of new hires and transfers.
