LODI, Calif. — Two commercial fires in Lodi are being investigated as arson.
According to Lodi Fire Department, the first fire was reported along the 700 block of North Sacramento Street early Sunday morning. The second was reported in the afternoon in the area of South Stockton and Mission streets; firefighters believe this blaze started in a pallet stack and quickly grew into a four-alarm fire.
Both fires were extinguished with help from multiple agencies.
No civilians was hurt in either fire, but there were firefighters that experienced heat exhaustion in the second fire.
It's not clear if the two fires are related, but both are being investigated as arson.
