SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Police are investigating a major-injury accident on a Modesto overpass Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Modesto Police Department, the accident happened on the Briggsmore overpass and has led to road closings in the area.
It's unclear what led up to the crash and how many people were hurt.
Police are calling on people to use alternate routes and expect delays in the area.
