STOCKTON, Calif. — A 22-year-old is in custody after a double shooting earlier this month in Stockton left one man dead and a teen injured.
According to the Stockton Police Department, officers arrested 22-year-old De’Arius Wilson on Thursday. He was taken to the San Joaquin County Jail and booked on suspicion of homicide.
The arrest comes after a shooting just before 7 p.m. on Nov. 18. Officers were called to North California Street and East Park Street for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival they found two men with gunshot wounds, an 18-year-old who was treated and released, and a 30-year-old who died from his injuries.
