YUBA CITY, Calif. — The Yuba City Police Department is investigating after a man was shot to death on the sidewalk.
According to the police, it happened just before 11 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Wilson Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers found a 42-year-old man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
What led up to the shooting is under investigation and anyone with information can call police at 530-822-4661.
