STOCKTON, Calif. — A man was killed in Stockton during an armed robbery late Thursday night.
According to the Stockton Police Department, it happened just before midnight on the 1000 block of West Charter Way.
Police say the two men — ages 45 and 28 — were in a parking lot when suspects confronted them and demanded their belongings.
One of the victims, the 45 year old, refused and was shot. He died from his injuries at the hospital. The second man was not injured.
No suspect information has been released.
