TRACY, Calif. — A man was killed in a hit-and-run in Tracy Monday, according to California Highway Patrol.
CHP received reports of a body on the left shoulder of the Tracy Boulevard off-ramp on westbound Interstate 205 around 6 a.m. Officers arrived around 6:15 a.m. and found a man in the area who had died. The man's identity has not been released.
CHP said based on physical evidence, the man was hit by a vehicle that left the area. The hit-and-run is under investigation.
