2 arrested after May triple shooting in Sacramento

The shooting left a minor and two men with non-life-threatening injuries.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Two people were arrested after a shooting in Sacramento left three people injured in May.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, they are 18-year-old Suzi Jones and 21-year-old Ckayzia McClellan, both of Sacramento.

The pair were booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

The arrest is related to a shooting that happened May 25 on the 3000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Upon arrival, officers found a minor with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Later, two men went to the hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds as well.

What led up to the shooting has not been released yet.
