SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Fire crews have contained a junkyard blaze that sparked in Modesto Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesperson for the Modesto Fire Department said the fire was contained to pile of origin, and that crews will still be on scene for mop up and overhaul.
Officials said the fire happened at the Modesto Junk Company along 9th Street.
No additional information was available.
