MODESTO, Calif. — One person was found dead after a reported drowning at Modesto Reservoir over the weekend.
According to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office, a drowning was reported around 3 p.m. Sunday at the inlet to the reservoir.
After a 50 minute search, divers found the man, but he was ultimately pronounced dead.
The investigation into his death will be done by the Stanislaus County Coroner's Office.
