MODESTO, Calif. — A deadly crash in Modesto is under investigation Thursday.
The Modesto Police Department said the crash happened after 1 a.m. at the intersection of Roselle Avenue and Floyd Avenue. When officers arrived, they found the driver of a black BMW pinned inside the vehicle. The driver died at the scene.
Preliminary investigation shows the driver was heading westbound on Floyd Avenue when they lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a concrete wall at the corner of the intersection. The driver was the only person in the vehicle.
