STANISLAUS COUNTY, Calif. — A man died after a crash in Stanislaus County Thursday.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 10:15 p.m. along Mc Gee Avenue, north of Rice Road. Officers responded to reports of a crash with an ambulance.
When officers arrived, they found a 2010 Chevrolet HHR crashed into a dirt embankment and rolled over. The 59-year-old man driving the vehicle died at the scene. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash is under investigation.
