PLACER COUNTY, Calif. — A motorcyclist died after a crash on southbound Highway 65 near Lincoln Tuesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened on the highway, near Twelve Bridges Drive, around 7:55 p.m.
Police said the motorcyclist was traveling at a high speed when they lost control and got ejected from the motorcycle. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
