VACAVILLE, Calif. — A motorcyclist died Wednesday in Vacaville after running a red light and hitting a pickup truck.
According to the California Highway Patrol, it happened around 6:45 a.m. on Peabody Road and Alamo Drive.
CHP says a motorcyclist on Peabody Road didn’t stop for a solid red light at Alamo Drive and they crashed into a Ford F150 making a legal left turn during a green traffic signal.
The motorcyclist was fatally injured. The pickup driver was not injured.
