SACRAMENTO, Calif — A new, long-term traffic shift will start 9 p.m. Monday along westbound Highway 50. Caltrans says it's scheduled to last through May 2025.
The traffic shift will stretch from 39th Street to 24th in the westbound lanes. It’ll redirect traffic into two left lanes and three right lanes, then the two left lanes will split again – leaving the two split by a concrete barrier.
To exit at Stockton Boulevard, north or southbound Business 80 or 26th Street, stay in the far right lanes.
