No injuries after house fire in Tracy

A fire authority spokesperson said the fire started in the kitchen before spreading into the attic.

TRACY, Calif. — No injuries were reported after a house caught fire in Tracy Monday afternoon.

The South San Joaquin Fire Authority said crews responded to the 28000 block of South Tracy Boulevard, near Linne Road, around 1 p.m.

A fire authority spokesperson said the fire started in the kitchen before spreading into the attic. Crews were able to get the fire under control in less than 20 minutes.
