GRANITE BAY, Calif. — Nugget Market plans to open a Granite Bay location in late summer 2025. It will be on the corner of Douglas Boulevard and Sierra College Boulevard.
A Rocklin location is also set to open in fall 2025. This will be Placer County’s third and fourth location within the county, and the family's 18th overall.
“I’m so excited to bring a Nugget to the Granite Bay area,” said Eric Stille, Nugget Market Chairman of the Board and Growth Officer, in a statement. “In partnership with the Engstrom Properties Development Group, we are planning an entire makeover of the shopping center. Our goal, once we have remodeled the center, is for it to quickly become the gathering place or ‘town center’ of the Granite Bay neighborhood.”
