STOCKTON, Calif. — A man is dead after a shooting early Thursday morning in Stockton.
According to the Stockton Police Department, the shooting happened near the 100 block of E Iris Ave around 2:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a 33-year-old man with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital and was pronounced dead from his injuries.
Police don’t have anyone in custody. This is an ongoing investigation.
