TURLOCK, Calif. — One person is dead after a crash on Lander Avenue in Turlock.
According to the Turlock Police Department, the call for the crash came in around 12:11 p.m. Monday on Lander Avenue near West Simmons Road.
Police say one person died and the other driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Lander Avenue is closed for both northbound and southbound traffic between Simmons Road and West Glenwood as the MAIT team investigates the crash.
