Tracy Police Department said missing teenager Kassandra Gutierrez was found safe and returned home.

Tracy police are looking for help as they try to locate a missing teenager.
The Tracy Police Department said 13-year-old Cassandra Gutierrez was last seen at Monte Vista Middle School around 1:30 p.m. She was wearing a plain red shirt, black pajama pants and a gray backpack.
She's described as 5'01" tall and 95 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
