SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Nearly 200,000 people have been evacuated from the Kincade Fire burning in Sonoma wine country. The wildfire, which started Oct. 23, is now at more than 103 square miles.
While residents and business owners are displaced by the wine country fire, millions of others in California have suffered without power due to PG&E blackouts and strong winds that knocked down power lines.
The following resources are available to those impacted by wildfires and power outages:
Six shelters are already at capacity for Kincade Fire evacuees, but the following 9 locations are still available and allow small animals:

According to the Sonoma County emergency website, "No identification is needed to stay at an evacuation shelter, and Government Agencies, such as ICE, do not have access to the shelters. English and Spanish-speaking staff will be there to make these safe, supportive places for all."

Airbnb has organized a system of free housing for Kincade Fire evacuees and relief workers. The offer is active through Nov. 7. Click here for more details
Ride-share service Lyft launched a Wheels For All program to help those impacted by the Kincade Fire. The program offers free rides to evacuation centers for overnight stays or to access bathrooms and electricity to charge your devices. Enter the code NCFIRERELIEF19 for two free rides, up to $15 each. The offer is available through Nov. 4.
Uber is offering a similar program using the code CALFIRERELIEF19 in the app's payment section. The offer is good for two trips, up to $20 each, through midnight on Nov. 7.
The state Office of Emergency Services shared the best ways to donate to California wildfire relief.
