Eleven days after the Grant High Pacers' J.J. Clavo was gunned down the community is again increasing the reward to find the killer.
Initially, churches and community groups in Del Paso Heights were offering $15,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
That $15,000 was matched from California Correctional Peace Officers Association, raising the total reward fund to $30,000, according to TJ Majors with the Roberts Family Development Center.
Clavo was killed on Nov. 13 when he was driving to Grant Union High School with four friends and teammates.
