New Brew Cafe opens in Rocklin

New Brew Cafe opened in Rocklin and offers craft coffee, protein shakes, teas and Rocket-infused Redbulls, according to Espinosa.

ROCKLIN, Calif. — A locally owned coffee shop recently opened a new location in Rocklin.

Rachel Espinosa, the founder of New Brew Cafe, is growing her business alongside her son. They recently expanded the business, which originally opened in North Highlands in 2017.

New Brew Cafe opened in Rocklin on Oct. 12 and offers craft coffee, protein shakes, teas and Rocket-infused Redbulls, according to Espinosa. They also offer pup cups.

"We offer a variety of custom drinks and will make you a drink custom to the way you love. Our espresso is known to be bold, but the flavor is light tasting," Espinosa said.

Espinosa said they also offer organic and gluten-free food options that are made to order. New Brew Cafe's online menu lists breakfast sandwiches, pastries, smoothies and more. Find the full menu HERE.

She said they chose Rocklin for the new location because she loves the close-knit community. She was originally inspired to start a business from a young age.

"It was always a dream of mine in my youth and as an adult I wanted all my children to have the opportunity to experience working together in a happy, positive environment," Espinosa told ABC10.

Espinosa said she and her son, Daniel Valdez, are planning to expand into the downtown Sacramento area soon.

New Brew Cafe in Rocklin is located at 4253 Rocklin Road and the North Highlands location is at 5943 Watt Avenue. Find more information HERE
