ROCKLIN, Calif. — Tea Bar and Fusion Kitchen is now open in Rocklin featuring unique tea drinks and build-your-own bowls and wraps.
Also referred to as Tbar, it offers frosted tea lattes, frozen tea sorbets, spiked tea cocktails, sparkling tea infusions, and more. Some of the iced tea flavors include acai sunrise, which is a green tea with acai berries, mango, and sliced oranges. One of the frosted tea lattes and blended tea sorbets includes chocolate chai frost, which is black tea, and spiced chai, topped with chocolate and cinnamon.
"We feel Rocklin’s the perfect community for our concept, vibrant, health-oriented community that's growing. And the community’s response to the Tbar in just one week has been phenomenal," said co-founder Lance Blansheitold ABC10.
Tbar also offers fusion bowls and wraps with toppings such as Hoisin BBQ Salmon, Mango Seared Pork, Sweet Chili Chicken, and the option to customize with choices for grains and dressing.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to introduce the Tbar to the Rocklin community. Our passion for serving guests fusion fare and tea has been the impetus for our family-owned, small business’ growth in Northern California for over 20 years,” said co-founder Shelly Blanshei in a statement.
Tbar first opened in Chico in 2004 and has since expanded to another location in Chico as well as locations in Redding, Sacramento, and now Rocklin.
Tbar is located at 6694 Lonetree Boulevard, suite 500, and is open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
