Rod Stewart postpones Thunder Valley concert due to COVID-19

The new concert date is August 18. Refunds are available for ticketholders.

LINCOLN, Calif. — Rod Stewart has postponed his August 10 concert at The Venue at Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln as he recovers from COVID. The show will now take place on Sunday, August 18.

The Thunder Valley Casino Resort released the following statement that was shared by Stewart on X:

“Thunder Valley Casino Resort regrets to announce that Rod Stewart has postponed his concert, originally scheduled for Saturday, August 10, as the singer recovers from COVID-19. The concert has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 18 at 8 p.m. Guest tickets previously purchased are valid for the new show date.”

Refunds are available for guests who cannot attend the new concert date. Anyone who purchased tickets at the Thunder Valley Rewards Center can receive a full refund by visiting the Rewards Center.

Stewart also rescheduled his Lake Tahoe show that was scheduled for Friday at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena in Stateline, Nevada. That show has been postponed to August 20.
