ROSEVILLE, Calif. — A new sports and entertainment complex in Roseville broke ground Thursday near the Westfield Galleria.
The project, Roseville Junction, is an entertainment destination that will include hotels, restaurants, pickleball courts, a beer garden and more, according to project developer LRE & Companies.
“I’m thrilled that we can start 2024 with a green light to move forward, signaling to the community that this will be the future home of something amazing,” said Akki Patel, CEO of LRE & Companies, in a press release. “The city of Roseville has been an amazing partner throughout the process, and we are grateful to be part of this growing community.”
Roseville Junction is located at 290 Conference Center Drive next to Highway 65 and near a popular shopping destination.
“It’s great to see the progress we’re making,” said Victor Chiang, VP of development at LRE & Companies, in a statement. “When we first assessed the site, the first thing we noticed was its outstanding location. It’s centrally situated amongst so much amazing retail, including Westfield Galleria, The Fountains and Creekside Town Center. With so much retail surrounding us, there’s plenty of opportunity to attract shoppers from all over. Roseville Junction is the perfect place for them to connect and gather, enjoy the California sunshine, grab a bite to eat and raise a glass.”
LRE & Companies previously told ABC10 that Electric Pickle and Social Connection will be the first two projects to be built. Electric Pickle is an entertainment complex with 10 pickleball courts, a bocce ball court and dining venues.
