ROSEVILLE, Calif. — A new development will start taking shape near downtown Roseville with an expected opening date of summer 2024.

The Roseville Lofts are located in the Folsom Road neighborhood. Once complete, it will include 22 three-story, single-family homes ranging from 1,472-square-feet to 1,503-square-feet. They will have two or three bedrooms, depending on the square footage, and three full baths.

According to Karlton Castles with C&P Development, they are finishing the underground work, which they are hoping to have wrapped up by the end of April.

"We have done numerous projects in Old Town Roseville and have enjoyed watching it grow into the beautiful community it is today," Castles told ABC10.

Castles told ABC10 the recent winter storms have pushed the project back about 45 days so far.

The homes are located near Royer Park, Saugstad Park and downtown Roseville.

"We worked with the city to create a product that blends in with the neighborhood by using complimentary colors, lap siding, and an extensive amount of brick for the exterior as well as wrought iron awnings," Castles told ABC10.

The plan is to begin construction on the first eight houses in May, but it will depend on when permits are approved by the city.

The homes also include a two-car garage and rooftop decks. They will be located at 241 Nevada Avenue.

Castles said he expects to get prices for the homes by the end of May. People interested in purchasing a home can sign up for more information HERE.
