ROSEVILLE, Calif. — A Roseville man was sentenced to 23 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting multiple teenage girls at his underage house parties.
The Placer County District Attorney’s Office said Kevin Davis would give teenagers a place to party with drugs and alcohol and have inflatable mattresses for them to stay over. Two women said they were sexually assaulted at his house.
The 44-year-old faced several charges including forcible anal and genital penetration, sexual battery by restraint and more. The victims and witnesses testified during his trial.
“We commend the brave victims who came forward to help us take this predator out of our community. This defendant aggressively preyed upon and then assaulted vulnerable young women while they were sleeping in his home, resulting in severe emotional and physical suffering for the victims,” the prosecuting deputy district attorney said in a statement.
The Placer County District Attorney’s Office has a Sexual Assault Unit that handled this case and was supported by the Victim Services Unit. Find more information and resources HERE.
