ROSEVILLE, Calif. — Jayna Gyro expanding to Roseville with a new location in the Ridge at Creekside.
According to Yusuf Topal, owner of Jayna Gyro and Tarla Grill Restaurant, he's hoping the Roseville location will open in December but is still waiting for a few permits to be approved.
General Manager Demetri Gregorakis said the new location will be an extension of their Emeryville and Sacramento locations.
Jayna Gyro offers gyro chicken or beef and lamb pitas, house-made lavash wraps, house-made dolmades, as well as dips including hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki and more. More than half the menu has vegetarian dishes, according to its website.
The Roseville location will have the same menu as the other locations, and Gregoraki said each location has its own unique twist.
"We have so many regular guests that beg us to open closer to where they live, and of course, Roseville was a big one for that! We are so excited to meet our new neighbors," Demetri Gregorakis told ABC10.
Jayna Gyro will be located next to Chipotle near Roseville Parkway and Galleria Boulevard.
Jayna Gyro in Sacramento is located at 3101 Folsom Blvd. in Sacramento. Emeryville Public Market is located at 5959 Shellmound St., Kiosk 14 in Emeryville.
